Surrey Care Trust

Surrey Care Trust is a local charity working to help the thousands of vulnerable young people and families in our county struggling with poor mental health, low skills, and limited income, to improve their wellbeing and engagement, build their confidence and skills, and provide positive childhoods and supportive families. We do this through our unique skills training and mentoring based programmes - Skills to Thrive, Nurture through Nature, and Flourishing Families.
The Wisley Foundation has provided funding for us to offer a range of support services to nearly 100 vulnerable young people through our Gateway Allotment and our Free Counselling service.
